Rates quoted are per person per day for minimum stays of 3 days.

HALF BOARD DINNER includes:

The 3/4 BOARD includes:
- our tasty breakfast with many sweet and savoury proposals
- light lunch with Puppi's Lunch
- DINNER with a choice of three menus (delicious meat, fish and new appetising dishes every day) served by our staff

Both treatments include:
- Accommodation in a double room with private bathroom, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, ceiling fan, balcony. Also theair conditioning in room is included in the price.
- Pitcher water with meals
- Free Wi-Fi
- Free private car parking
- Use of bicycles
Beach service: for the months of June, July and September there is an agreement priceto be paid directly at the beach the first time you access the service.
For the month of August not there is an agreement with the beach. The cost of parasols and sunbeds is to be agreed directly with the lifeguard.

PUPPI'S LUNCH - LUNCH WHEREVER YOU WANT!
Service on request and subject to payment if you choose half board or included if you choose 3/4 board.
Our special little restaurant to enjoy your lunch wherever you like.
Here's how it works!
You can choose your dishes from a special dedicated menu with various proposals (poké, summer salads, platters of cold cuts, 1 hot dish of the day and pasta dishes etc.). accompanied by a small buffet.
We will prepare your tasty lunch to be eaten in our cool tavern between 12.30 and 13.30 or in the hotel garden or wherever you like (all containers are biodegradable). Cutlery, condiments, bread and jug water are also included. Other drinks are available at an extra charge.
How to book it:
the evening before during dinner or directly in the morning by 11:00 a.m. Pick-up time is from 12:30 to 13:30.

If you prefer, you can also choose to stay in bed & breakfasts: ask us for a customised quote.

Apartment in Via Perugia at 100 mt. from the sea, composed as follows:
Three-roomed flat (sleeps 4), 56 sqm with armoured door, living room and kitchenette, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom or bunk bed, one bathroom, garage and use of lift.

Prices are weekly and include:
- Consumption of electricity, water, gas, service and VAT
- Kitchen complete with kitchenette (4 burners), microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, various utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, etc.), TV Sat, safe
- Shower box with hairdryer
- Bed linen and towels (excluding kitchen linen)
- Linen change: bed linen weekly; towels twice weekly
- Final cleaning (obligation to return clean kitchenette)
- Parking and use of bicycles (at Hotel Puppi)

Hotel:
- Bed and breakfast -20% on the half-board price
- Third and fourth beds discount of 20%
- Free holiday for a child up to 5 years old in a room with two adults: in the period from 2 May to 16 June and in the period from 8 to 22 September.

Special discounts for a child sharing a room with 2 adults:
- children up to 23 months free (except 1 to 31 August)
- Children from 24 months to 35 months -70%
- from 3 to 12 years -50%
- from 13 to 18 years old discount -30%
- 3rd and 4th bed -20%

Apartment:
- 2 weeks: 2% discount
- 3 weeks: discount of 5%
- 4 weeks: discount of 10%

Hotels:
- Single room 10 € per day
- Double room for single use 16 € per day
- For half-board stays of less than 3 days, a surcharge of 20% will be charged on the half-board price
Extra charge of 25 € required for the final cleaning of the room for those staying with animals.

Apartment:
- Air conditioning 40 € per week
- Additional bed of 10%
- Cot 30 € per week
- Daily cleaning including linen 30 € per week (excluding kitchenette)

Bookings must be accompanied by a deposit by postal order or bank transfer amounting to 30% of the total stay.
The balance of the stay will then be requested upon arrival.
A security deposit of 200 € is required for the flat.
In the event of cancellation of the reservation, no refund will be made, while for early termination of the stay the cost of three nights will be charged.

Check-in times
- at the hotel from 12 noon
- in the flat from 16:00
For both the hotel and the flat the check out is expected by 10 a.m.

Car parking available on the day of arrival from 12 noon.

Tourist tax is not included in the prices and is € 2.00 per person per day for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years of age are exempt from payment.
