may 12-13-14, 2023: The Granfondo degli Squali Trek, an unmissable annual event for all cycling enthusiasts, returns to Cattolica.

If you will participate in the race and are looking for a hotel, we have thought of a proposal in bed&breakfast or half board that also includes a reinforced breakfast, late check out on the day of the race, the possibility of bringing your bike to your room and parking for your car.

(both rates are valid for stays of at least 2 nights)

On Saturday, Matteo (Puppi's official hotel cyclist) will accompany race participants on a tour of the Granfondo routes.

The Granfondo degli Squali reaches its eighth edition in 2023 and, like every year, the race will be held on two routes: a shorter one of 85 km with 1393 mt of elevation gain and the other of 128 km with an elevation gain instead of 2020 mt.

Both routes will touch the hills of Romagna and Marcheterritories that seem almost designed especially for bike lovers.

Theystart from the Cattolica Aquarium-which is about 800 metres from our hotel-and also reach Morciano, Saludecio, San Leo and Mercatino Conca, in the heart of the Conca Valley. Then on to Tavullia and finally to the San Bartolo Overview.

The race ends Gabicce Monte and at the arrival the usual barbecue of blue fish and piadinasymbol of our land.

SHARK ARENA

The Shark Arena will be set up at the Cattolica Aquarium, 49,000 square metres in which more than 70 exhibitors will be present. A real animated village to welcome all cycling fans with many dedicated events.

EVENTS FOR ALL

On Friday, May 13 and Saturday, May 14, there will be the Gravel Sharks, a non-competitive bike ride to discover the Conca River Oasis, the Gimkana for Juniors and the Sharks Bike Family.
