The apartment is located in via Perugia, 15 to 100 metres from the sea.

The apartment has the following features:

Three-room APARTMENT (4 beds) of 56 sqm fully air-conditioned, armored door, living room and kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom or with bunk beds, bathroom, garage and elevator.

The prices are weekly and include:

• consumption of electricity, water, gas, service and VAT
• full kitchen with kitchenette (4 gas rings), microwave oven, refrigerator (with freezer), kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, pots, etc.), satellite TV, safety deposit box
• shower-room with hairdryer
• bed linen and towels (except kitchen)
• linen change: room (weekly); towels (twice a week)
• washing machine
• final cleaning (statutory obligation to return the kitchen clean)
• garage or car parking
• use of bicycles (at the hotel Puppi)
• cabins, jacuzzi, games baby sitting for kids, animations, swimming pool on the beach

Reductions:

• 2 weeks -2%
• 3 weeks -5%
• 4 weeks -10%

Supplements:

• air conditioning € 40.00 per week
• additional bed +10%
• cot € 30.00 per week
• daily cleaning service (including bed linen) except kitchenette € 30.00

Payments

• deposit 30% of the total at booking, balance on arrival, deposit € 200.00
• arrival Saturday at 16:00, departure Saturday at 10:00
