The rates above are per day per person for a minimum of 3 days and include: accommodation in a double room, private bathroom, hairdryer, TV Sat., Safe, ceiling fan, balcony.

Breakfast buffet and desserts con ricchi of Romagna, salad buffet, choice of 2 menus with meat and fish every day.

Bar - tavern, Sat., Elevator, complimentary bicycles, air-conditioned, garden, private parking, service and VAT, Tourist tax.

ALL INCLUSIVE

Includes a minimum stay of 7 days for 2 people, includes mineral water + 1/4 of local wine or coke per person per meal + 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds, from the 4th row, per room.

Meals not consumed will not be deducted but replaced with packed lunches on request.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS

Reservations must be accompanied by a deposit by postal order or bank transfer. In case of cancellation no refund. For early termination of the stay charged for three nights.

Apartment in via Perugia at 100 mt. from the sea, as follows:

Three-room apartment (4 beds), 56 sqm with armored door, living room and kitchenette, a double bedroom, a twin or bunk bed, a bathroom, garage and lift use.

Prices are weekly and include:

• Electricity, water, gas, service and VAT consumption
• Kitchen complete with kitchenette (4 burners), microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, various utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, etc.), satellite TV, safe
• Shower cubicle with hairdryer
• Bed linen and towels (kitchen linen not included)
• Linen change: from weekly room: from biweekly bathroom
• Final cleaning (clean cooking area redelivery requirement)
• Gargae or parking; use of bicycles (Hotel Puppi price)

Reductions:

• 2 weeks 2%
• 3 weeks 5%
• 4 weeks 10%

Supplements:

• Air conditioning per week € 40
• Additional bed + 10%; cot 30 € per week

Payments:

• Deposit 30% on booking, balance on arrival, € 200 security deposit
