Three-room flat of 56 sqm with 4 beds in Perugia Street 100 metres from the sea. Consisting of a double room, a twin room or bunk bed, a bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer.

- kitchen complete with kitchenette (4 burners), microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, various utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, etc.)
- TV Sat and safe
- bed linen and towels (excluding kitchen linen)

Flat D'Annunzio
Two-room flat on the second floor, newly built (2024) with 4 beds in D'Annunzio Street 80 metres from the sea. Comprising a spacious double bedroom with balcony and possibility of a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower cubicle.

- car park and lift
- cellar (bicycle storage)
- kitchen complete with induction cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, various utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, etc.)
- washing machine and air conditioning
- TV Sat and safe
- bed linen and towels (excluding kitchen linen)

3 weeks: discount of 5%
4 weeks: discount of 10%

The balance of the stay will then be requested upon arrival.
A security deposit of 200 € is required for the flat.
