Price list notes

The rates above are per day per person for a minimum of 3 days and include: accommodation in a double room, private bathroom, hairdryer, TV Sat., Safe, ceiling fan, balcony.
Breakfast buffet and desserts conricchi of Romagna, salad buffet, choice of 2 menus with meat and fish every day.
Bar - tavern, Sat., Elevator, complimentary bicycles, air-conditioned, garden, private parking, service and VAT.
On the beach, cabins, whirlpool, gym, baby-sitting, swimming pool and children's playground.

ALL INCLUSIVE
Includes a minimum stay of 7 days for 2 people, includes 1/2 liter of mineral water + 1/4 of local wine per person per meal + 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds, from the 4th row, per room.
Meals not consumed will not be deducted but replaced with packed lunches on request.

Bed and breakfast 30% discount for full board
Family Special for Children in room with 2 adults:
- Up to 3 years old -70%
- From 3 to 12 years -50%
Third and fourth bed discount -30%
Half board service - € 4.00.
Free vacations for a child up to 5 years old sharing room with two adults. From 02-05 to 15-06 and 07-09 to 22-09.

Supplements

double room for single use + € 14.00
air conditioning + € 4.00 per day (on request)
for stays less than 3 days full board will be a surcharge of 15% on the price of full board
any additional tax.

Special Weeks
From 02-05 to 08-06 and from 07-09 to 22-09 per person per week (not combinable with 'free holidays'). The prices are per week per person.

The room is available from 12 noon on day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
Reservations must be accompanied by a deposit by postal order or bank transfer. In case of cancellation no refund. For early termination of the stay charged for three nights.
